The differences between today's LMS (that many instructional designers think progressive) and streaming platforms as LMS (supported by traditional LMS) are remarkable. Traditional LMS handle only small files, and so learning is broken up into so many parts, relevant learning information is in lots of different places, different pages, different links and so on, and remains too hard and takes too long to find.
Learners then simply do not even read all the information they need. Everyone is held back.
