MAKING STRUCTURE MAKE SENSE

More than yoga and standing desks: movement "re-structuring" breaks

Movement breaks, standing desks, ergonomics, gym classes, yoga, straps/braces: all the “things” people do now to address the sedentary-hunched environments, at best, temporarily alleviate the issues.

Foundational muscles can only be re-built by movement breaks that consciously recruiting them. Movement on its own does not build them and you’ll never move enough to replace the sedentary-hunched life that started at the age of 5 when you went to school.

As well, collapsing buildings need more than propping up (braces/straps/ergonomics), more than the collapsed shortened bits being lengthened (yoga), more than the outside walls looking pretty (gym strength).
